Katholm Estate has a number of properties that are rented out as holiday homes or year-round housing.

The estate consists of a total of 1170 hectares. Of which 520 ha agriculture and 650 hectares of forestry.
History
With its two asymmetrical side wings, towers and spurs, Katholm is a remarkable Renaissance facility.
Katholm Gods
Katholm Gods comprises approximately 1,200 hectares of land, evenly divided between forest and agricultural land. The estate is currently run by the couple Marie Therese and Nikolaj Klein. The main building serves as the family’s private residence, while the surrounding properties belonging to the estate are rented out on a year-round basis.
Katholm Gods ligger lidt syd for Grenaa i Ålsø Sogn i Norddjurs Kommune på Djursland.
Katholm Gods omfatter ca. 1.200 hektar jord, ligeligt fordelt mellem skov og landbrugsarealer.
Godset drives i dag af ægteparret Marie Therese og Nikolaj Klein.
Hovedbygningen tjener som familiens private bolig, mens de omkringliggende ejendomme tilhørende godset udlejes på helårsbasis.
Katholm Estate is located a little south of Grenaa in Ålsø Parish in Norddjurs Municipality on Djursland.
Forestry and agriculture at Katholm Estate
The estate consists of a total of 1170 hectares. Of which 520 ha agriculture and 650 hectares of forestry. Production concentrates on traditional conventional plant breeding production.
Forestry amounts to approx. 650 hectares including heath and beach.
Forestry consists of 70% softwood. The remaining part is deciduous trees, Christmas trees and ornamental greenery.
