Katholm Gods combines centuries of history with the unique nature of Djursland. Here, the emphasis is on good craftsmanship, sustainable management and the tranquility that can only be found where forest meets sea.
Katholm Estate is located a little south of Grenaa in Ålsø Parish in Norddjurs Municipality on Djursland.
Katholm Gods comprises approximately 1,250 hectares of land, evenly divided between forest and agricultural land.
The estate is currently run by the couple Marie Therese and Nikolaj Klein.
The main building serves as the family's private residence, while the surrounding properties belonging to the estate are rented out on a year-round basis.

Forestry and agriculture at Katholm Estate
The estate consists of a total of 1250 hectares.
Forestry amounts to approx. 650 hectares including heath and beach.
Forestry consists of 70% softwood. The remaining part is deciduous trees, Christmas trees and ornamental greenery.
