Hunting
The hunt is currently rented out and divided into three consortia.
Katholm is known for its large population of Sikavildt which has been attached to the property since the 1920s.
In addition, there is a nice population of wild game, as well as good duck holes, as well as the possibility of releasing pheasants.

Agriculture
The estate consists of a total of 1170 hectares. Of which 520 ha agriculture.
Production concentrates on traditional conventional plant breeding production.
The day-to-day management of the operating community is handled by Jens and Jørgen Blach.
