The subdivision at Fulgsangstrand
25 plots have been subdivided – and there are only 5 building plots left in this stage. It is possible to subdivide a further 37 plots, this will be done on an ongoing basis with respect for the nature in the area

Området
Katholm Gods på Djursland er en af Danmarks ældste og smukkeste renæssancebygninger. I over 400 år har Katholm ligget syd for Grenå, omgivet af betagende skov og lige ud til en af Danmarks bedste badestrande, Fuglsang Strand.
En del af denne historiske kultur- og naturperle udstykkes nu. I 1. etape udstykkes 25 storparceller: Sommerhusgrunde blot 700 m fra Kattegat ved godsets uspolerede skov- og lynglandskaber. For første gang bliver en del af den unikke natur nu sat til salg.
Fra grundene leder en sti gennem smuk skov- og lyngområder ned til klitterne og den hvide sandstrand ved Fuglsang Strand. Motorkørsel på stien er ikke tilladt, hvilket gør området fredfyldt, og Fuglsang Strand med klitterne, den brede sandstrand og østkystens vand er særdeles badevenlig.
Fulgsang Strand
Fuglsang Strand ligger centralt for oplevelser og muligheder på Djursland. Ikke langt fra Grenå med indkøbsmuligheder, havn, museum og eksempelvis Kattegatcentret.
For de golfinteresserede er mulighederne mange. Blandt andet er der blot få km til Grenå Golfklub og det internationale spa og golfanlæg i forbindelse med Lübker Golf Resort. For de yngre er turen til Djurs Sommerland heller ikke lang.
